I ♥ Food Trucks

If you’re ever downtown on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 and 2 you should definitely hit up Civic Center Eats. A variety of food trucks line Civic Center Park with all sorts of goodness. A group of us at work headed over there today to check it out and it’s pretty cool! My beloved biscuit bus is there as well as about 20 other trucks. You can find everything from pizza, to truffled french fries, to green chili, and even ice cream sandwiches. There’s even live music for your entertainment.
