Last night I went for a 7 mile run. 7 miles. I haven't run that far since my half marathon last October- and even then i didn't run 7 straight miles! It wasn't fast and by the end my legs were killing me, but i did it. And for that, I am so proud of myself!

Nice work, you are a whole mile ahead of me in the training. I love the cute pictures you are finding.
